Full Stop Bullying Part Three

Earlier this evening, a British news programme raised the issue of depression and self harm in teens. For the first time in a long time, I finally feel like the problem has been effectively addressed. You may not agree but I think that if big news corporations spoke openly about the subject, many people lives would change for the better.

There is already so much support out there for teens suffering from depression but the news has directed my attention to a new organisation called When the lights turned down, they dont know what they heard
Strike the match, play it loud, giving love to the worldthat gives advice and support specifically to people between the ages of 11-17.

Whether it's from bullying or pressure, you shouldn't feel sad or upset. There are so many people out there going through exactly the same thing as you! You are never alone.

Someone is always there for you. Whether you just want to speak, relax or vent your problems, there will always be someone there to help. You can easily seek this help anonymously on the Internet or through various helplines.

Even ordinary people want to help. I'm a normal teen that really wants to help anyone feeling depressed, anxious or suicidal.
