SUMMER IN THE CITY

Summer in the City 2013 has now officially finished which is so depressing but I managed to take a lot of good footage of interviews with YouTubers.

I've uploaded TWO BRAND NEW VIDEOS to my channel this weekend for you to enjoy if you couldn't make it to SitC or if you just want to relive some parts.

Go to my YouTube to watch these videos www.youtube.com/joshwavlogsofficial don't forget to subscribe.

In the first video, I have an exclusive interview with TYLER OAKLEY which you don't want to miss!

In the second video, I have a Q&A session with five very famous youtubers; TROYE SIVAN, THE FABULOUS TYLER OAKLEY, LUKE CUTFORTH, MARCUS BUTLER & CASPAR LEE!
Followed by an important message from ME, ALFIE DEYES (POINTLESSBLOGTV) & MARCUS BUTLER!
Featuring music from LANCIFER

While I was at SitC, I had the chance to meet so many amazing YouTube sensations!

  JIM CHAPMAN & ME

   JACK HOWARD & ME

    ME & JOE SUGG

ALFIE DEYES, ME & MARCUS BUTLER (taken from my new video)

Many more YouTubers attended but the lines of people to meet them were stretching from 2 to 4 hours long!

Despite that, I got the chance to see most of the main YouTubers on stage, either doing a panel session or in an interview.

I have to say that every YouTuber I spoke to was so nice to me, I literally can't say anything bad about them, they were just amazing!

This is just a brief post but I'll be writing a much more detailed blog very soon!

My Bucket List

Many people have started to make 'Bucket Lists' which is basically a list of things you want to do before you die. So today I'm going to share mine with you. Enjoy!

- Go skydiving - The thought of it really doesn't scare me, the adrenaline takes over anyway.

- Climb to the summit of a mountain - Mountains resemble a goal, that when you've reached, causes a real sense of achievement and I'd love to reach that goal (even if I climb the smallest mountain!)

- Run a marathon - Considering I have the physical ability of a sloth, this would be really difficult for me. I'd obviously run the marathon for charity which would be my main motivator.

- Travel to New York and LA - These two places really stand out for me in America and I'd love to visit them some day. They look amazing on TV but I want to see the real thing!

- See You Me At Six live - YMAS is one of my favourite bands and listening to them got me into other bands so it would be great to see them perform live. Luckily, I can tick this off my list soon because I'm going to see them and Thirty Seconds To Mars in November :D

- Go to a music festival - The atmosphere at a festival would be an amazing experience but I'm not a big fan of large crowds. I'd probably go to Glastonbury or Radio 1's Big Weekend because of the amount of artists they have on.

- Learn another language fluently - I learn German at the minute but I wouldn't say I'm anywhere near fluent.

- Travel around Europe and maybe one day around the world - This is one I've recently added, I'm not a big fan of travelling, I like to stay in my comfort zone, but I went to Germany a few weeks ago and loved every minute! This has made me want to travel around and be more adventurous.

- Go to Disney Land - Yeah that's right, I've never been to Disney Land but no matter how old I get, I'm going one day! You might see me there when I'm 70!

- Meet Hayley Williams - I think I have a slight obsession with Hayley from Paramore. It's not stalker-ish... yet. I'd just love to meet her, she, and the rest of Paramore ( Jeremy and Taylor) are so talented!

- See We Are The In Crowd with my friend - Me and my friend are WATIC buddies and really want to see them live, but they normally tour in America and only have a few dates over here.

- Own a Pug - I think Pugs are the cutest dogs ever made by the dog fairy. I just want one and I'd literally treat it like royalty!

So there's some things that are sitting on my bucket list waiting to be crossed off. If you want to do any of these too or have any more of your own, leave them in the comments below.

TTT- 10 Tips On How To Annoy Your Family

So its Top Tip Tuesday and today I will be sharing some key points on how to be annoying.

As a brother, I have to work hard to ensure that my roles are done well. One of these roles is being annoying. I feel as though I have excelled in this over the years and thought I should share some of my tips with you.

1) Repeatedly walk into a wall and yell "oww!". When they tell you to stop, tell them it's not you and carry on.

2) When you're in the shower, shout for help and tell them you're drowning.

3) Crawl around on all fours and act like a cat. Meow at people and crawl around their legs.

4) Follow one of your parents everywhere, staying very close behind. Stand on their heels if you want to really annoy them.

5) 'Moo' every time someone speaks. Maintain normal conversations with everyone else though!

6) Walk backwards around your house and walk into everything.

7) Sing a really cheesy song very loudly while walking around your house. This works quite well if the person you want to annoy is watching tv.

8) If someone is walking down the stairs. Pretend to be old and walk very slowly in front of them. Alternatively you can pretend that you have a fear of heights and make every step a challenge.

9) Text them the same thing over and over again. I find that this one works well if they are already annoyed at you.

10) Hide the landline phones and repeatedly ring them from your mobile. Everyone will get so frustrated when they can't find the phone.

So there you go. 10 of my top tips on how to really annoy your family. I hope you've enjoyed absorbing this useless post of information. Leave a comment if any of these worked!

Disclaimer- I (JoshwaVlogs) will not be held responsible for any household breakages or cases of abuse caused by 'annoyingness'.

NEWQUAY

As you may already know I went on a family holiday to Newquay last week. We did so much and I took so many pictures that I want to share with you!

We stayed in our own apartment about five minutes away from the famous surfing spot, Fistral Beach. When we arrived, (bearing in mind we were still in England) it obviously rained. But the weather started to look up part way through the week.

I'm really bad a swimming and have a massive phobia of open water so I was more than happy to sit on the beach trying to get a tan rather than jumping in the sea! Despite this, I overcame my fear and went body boarding. I was really nervous but once I realised that I was surrounded by people and lifeguards, I was fine and even managed to ride a few waves!

We happened to be staying there while the Boardmasters Surf Festival was on. (This used to be a big surfing competition with some live music but now it's just a music festival). We were lucky enough to catch a glimpse of The 1975 performing some of their songs!

I had such a good time in Newquay so I urge anyone in the UK who wants a break to go down and catch some waves!

How NOT To Survive School

Being able to survive school is a qualification in itself, one I do not yet have. Today I want to share with you everything you shouldn't do in school for no particular reason. I forgot that Dan did this in one of his videos so I genuinely didn't copy.

1) Always answer back to teachers and older pupils. They really value your opinion when you talk out of line and it's a great way to get yourself heard.

2) Never be polite in the corridors. No one likes people with manners so don't use them! Everyone would much rather you push and shove others out of your path and it's a lot easier for you.

3) The toilets are 100% hygienic so it's safe to use the door handles and soaps without fear of contracting disease or infection.

4) Apply several bottles of fake tan. The corridors can be very dark so its good to be fluorescent. And as a bonus, you get to look like an orange! Everyone loves orange!

5) Running and knee sliding down the corridors is highly recommended. The corridors are multi purpose so use them to their full potential!

6) Teachers are constantly playing a big game of Opposite Day and secretly, if you do the opposite of what they say, you'll be rewarded with a slip of paper that will read "detention".

7) Try not to make friends. If you do happen to accidentally gain friends then they love it when you're mean to them. I'm in my fourth year and I have found a best friend by following this step; the Internet.

8) A good way to meet new people is to sniff them like a dog. This shows that you're a strange being and that people probably shouldn't mix with you. ( this step assists step 7).

9) Leave all of your work to the last minute or don't do it at all. It's obviously not compulsory so there isn't much point in doing it.

10) Just don't go to school.

So there you have it my ten top tips on how not to survive school. If you're short of a brain cell I'd like to assure you that the vast majority of this post is sarcasm so please don't take it seriously. Wow that sounds patronising.

You can find my social links in a previous post on my blog archive. Thank you for reading and don't forget to subscribe to my YouTube Channel ready for my Summer Series.

Pretty please with a cherry on top, could you leave a few comments on some of my posts and share them to other sites. Thanking you!
